It was 2019 … but in America, it’s healthcare season - 2020 open enrollment. New York-based health insurer Oscar wanted a full-court press to strategically cover the Los Angeles, Miami and Bronx markets. In partnership with Street Attack, we produced a six-month local activation street-level campaign supported by micro-targeted OOH media placements.
We built teams in each city and created a system that was hustling each day in sun, rain or wind! This helped us reach customers inside the important zones. We achieved significant gains in Oscar brand awareness and provided a human connection to communities that they were new to.
